AKA Quantum Touch or Healing Hands, Reiki is a form of holistic therapy where the practitioner channels energy into the patient through their hands, in order to guide the body into activating healing energy within itself. The practitioner acts as a conduit, that energy can be directed into specific areas of the body and across multiple energy fields. Reiki has been known to reduce stress, calm anxiety, decrease pain, creates a sense of well-being, strengthens the immune system, calms the nervous system and enhances recovery from surgery, deepening a spiritual connection, and more. Individual experience will vary, Sessions can be in person or virtual.
